Ronald L. Green petitions for review of the corrected initial decision of the Administrative Judge ("AJ") on October 31, 1997, rendered final by the decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board (the "Board") declining review on March 25, 1998, in Green v. United States Postal Service, Docket No. SF-0353-98-0034-I-1. The AJs decision granted Mr. Greens request to withdraw without prejudice his appeal of the Postal Services alleged unlawful failure to restore him to his former job. In effect, the appeal was dismissed by the AJ with Mr. Greens consent. Despite Mr. Greens consent, he appeals the dismissal to us. Because substantial evidence supports the AJs determination that Mr. Green voluntary withdrew his appeal, however, we affirm.
